Fort St. John & Doig River First Nation MOU

The City of Fort St. John and the Doig River First Nation will formally sign a Memorandum of Understanding tomorrow.

A city news release says it exemplifies the determination of both parties to work together in the future, to the mutual benefit of both communities.

Mayor Lantz and Chief Norman Davis have both issued statements essentially saying the same thing…noting the MOU will clear the way for a variety of initiatives in a spirit of partnership.

The public signing ceremony at Centennial Park is set for 3.30.
