Kalmar wins city slow-pitch championship

The rain and lightning held off just long enough, Sunday, to allow softball players in Fort St. John to wrap up Mixed Slow-pitch’s year-end tournament.

In the end, 30 teams took part in the annual tourney, with around 200 people on hand at the Curling Club for Saturday’s banquet.
