The Calgary Herald is reporting, a public hearing has been set for a proposed South Peace natural gas plant, right in the heart of the target region, of the alleged EnCana pipeline bomber.
The Spectra Energy plant would be located 16 kilometres west of Dawson Creek, and would process 200 million cubic feet per day of gas, for an in-service date of October 2011.
The project also would include a one-kilometre pipeline, a liquids-handling loop and acquisition of a segment of the Spectra Energy Midstream Bissette pipeline.
Oral hearings on the line will start Nov. 30, at a venue yet to be determined, by the National Energy Board.
