Power restored after planned outages



The power is back on, after a set of outages Wednesday in the Fort St. John area.

One outage affected less than five households in the 6200 block of Airport Road.  Power has been restored, and the outage remains under investigation.

The other two outages were planned disruptions due to work being done on the company’s equipment.

One of these is in the area between 106 and 114 Avenues and between 102 St. and 145 Rd. The other is in the are between 104 and 115 Avenues and between 105 and 108 Streets.

The outages affected more than 450 customers combined, and power was restored at around 1 p.m.
