The Fort St. John Hospital Foundation’s "Be An Angel" Campaign is heading into its 14th season.

The campaign runs from Nov. 1-30 and will kick of on Nov. 1 with a Gala at the Pomeroy Hotel. The event will feature a dinner and an auction. The end of the campaign will be celebrated on Dec. 1 with “Light Up, 2010”, an evening of "fun, celebration and Christmas spirit" that will be hosted by the Board of the Hospital Foundation, and is free to all who attend.

The goal of this year’s campaign is to raise $200,000, that will be made available to puchase equipment, as need arises, throughout the next calendar year. All funds that are raised are placed within the "Where the Need is the Greatest" Fund. This fund allows the waiting time for new equipment to be shorter as funds will be readily available, as opposed to launching a fundraising campaign for specific equipment.

Donations can be dropped off at the Bank of Montreal, CIBC, the Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, TD Canada Trust and the North Peace Savings and Credit Union. All donations of $20 or more will receive a tax deductible receipt and an angel lapel pin compliments of Paladin Inspections.

Donations can also be made at the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation or online at www.fsjhospitalfoundation.ca. For more information call 250-262-5299.
