As a part of Waste Reduction Week the Northern Environmental Action Team will be showing an intriguing film on Wednesday night.

At 7 p.m. NEAT will be showing the film "Garbage Warrior" at the Whole Wheat and Honey Cafe. The film, by Oliver Hodge, chronicles architect Michael Reynolds and his quest to make sustainable buildings. Reynolds is transforming common household garbage products into useable homes.

Reynolds started in the American desert and after the Tsunami moved his talents to Asia to help rebuild homes destroyed by the disaster. The film is free to anyone interested in seeing it.

Later this week, NEAT will be conducting a waste assesment of the Fort St. John City Hall and will make those findings available to the public.
