RCMP investigate incident in Charlie Lake



Fort St. John RCMP are investigating a report of three male youths tearing down a chain link fence in Charlie Lake.

Police say they received a call about the incident at Charlie Lake Elementary around 10 p.m. Thursday.

When they got to the scene, two of the youths were taken into custody and then taken to their parents. The third youth, who had left the scene earlier, was also identified.

Police say two of the youths are 16 years-old and the other is 14 years-old.

RCMP contacted school officials who will decide whether to press charges.
