The Fort St. John Flyers defeated the Horse Lake Chiefs by the score of 6-2 on Friday night. Ian Munro lead the scoring charge with a goal and two assists while newly aquired Mike Stutzel chipped in with a goal and a helper.

The game looked to be getting away from the Chiefs midway through the 2nd when the Flyers went ahead 3-0 but two quick goals made the score 3-2 in favor of the Flyers after 40 minutes of play. It remained close until Stutzel, Todd Alexander and Adam Horst blew it wide open in the 3rd. Bjorklund picked up the win in the Flyers net.
