Student injured after shot with pellet gun



Prince George RCMP are investigating after a 12 year-old student is believed to have shot another student with a BB gun.

The incident happened Oct. 28 at the Aboriginal Choice School in the city. The male victim was hit with a plastic pellet injuring his ear.

He was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries but was later released.

The RCMP and school officials say they met with the student who brought the gun to school and are looking at what actions could be taken by the school as well as possible criminal charges.
