Telus problems should now be fixed

Fort St. John Telus customers using the 3G network might be wondering why they have been experiencing problems over the past day.

Many customers have had calls that either won’t connect or they won’t receive any incoming calls.

On Monday, Telus workers were doing routine maintenance in the area and a worker probably caused a few mixups, resulting in the problems customers have been experiencing, says Shaun Hall with Telus media relations.

Although Hall wasn’t able to go into much detail about the cause of the problem, he says the network should now be up and running normally.
