The next court appearance for the five men accused in the Beatton River incident has been delayed until Jan. 13, 2011.

Jeremy Jondreau, Jordan Reno, Jordan Anthony Ramos, Calvin Gunning and Joshua Toth will have a trial date set at that time.

Each person is facing the same 40 charges, ranging from various assault and weapons charges to uttering threats and mischief in connection with the incident at a party held along the river in July.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of July 25 at a popular drinking party location off the 103 road.

Police had told that numerous people suffered serious injuries as a result of being struck by weapons.
