Energeticcity.ca has confirmed a Greyhound bus has crashed near Prophet River.

A Greyhound spokesperson has confirmed 6 people were on the bus that left Grande Prairie this morning headed towards Fort Nelson.

Greyhound states the bus was involved in a single vehicle accident.

It is not clear how many people may be injured or the severity of those injuries.

Greyhound has already dispatched a bus to take passengers from Prophet River to Fort Nelson.
