The Fort St. John Flyers had a great result Thursday night as they get ready for two exhibition games against the Prince George Mohawks this weekend.

The Flyers traveled to Horse Lake and handed the Chiefs a 9-5 loss. Todd Alexander and Jeff Shipton had two goals for the Flyers with single goals coming from Paul Wiens, Brian Lewis, Jeff Fast, Donny Loyd and Tyler Loney.

The next NPHL game for the Flyers will be Thursday Jan. 20 at home against Hythe. The game will start at 8:30pm at the North Peace Arena.
