Gang suspect arrested in Prince George

One person is in custody after the Prince George RCMP Task Force conducted a six month investigation into the Game Tight Soldiers.

Police say the suspect is a high-ranking member of the group and also has ties to the Renegades Motorcycle Gang.

Officers executed search warrants at various properties associated with the suspect. They seized more than $40,000 in cash, three hand guns, a machine gun pistol and eight ounces of cocaine. They also seized several pieces of jewelry, valued at $200,000. They say many of the pieces were custom made and they believe they were stolen.

The unnamed suspect has not yet been charged in this case but is in custody on other criminal charges.

Police say they will release the person’s name once he has been charged.

Anyone with information in regards to gang activity in the area is asked to contact the Prince George RCMP detachment at 250-561-3300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
