The Huskies will have their paws full over the weekend.

The Fort St. John Huskies will look to earn a crucial four points as they play back to back games on Friday and Saturday night.

Friday, The Huskies will travel to Beaverlodge to play the seventh place Blades. The Huskies and the Blades have danced twice already this year, with each team winning once. In both of those games, the winning team has scored seven goals on their opposition.

If unable to attend Friday’s game, tune into 100.1 Moose FM for the live broadcast. Make sure to also tune in to the pre-game show, which starts at 7:45 p.m.

Puck drops at 8 p.m.

Saturday, the Huskies will play at home, welcoming the second place Peace River Navigators. The Huskies and Navigators have played each other three times already this season, with Fort St. John unable to secure a victory in any of those games.

The Huskies currently occupy fifth place in the league, but only sit one point behind Dawson Creek for fourth. If the Huskies can manage to win out this weekend, they will sit comfortably in the fourth place ranking.

Saturday’s game at the North Peace Arena will start at 8:00 p.m.
