For those thinking of travelling into Alberta, a snow fall warning has been issued for that region.  See the alert below from Environment Canada.

For Fort St. John, we will see up to 4cm of snow on Saturday and another 2 cm on Sunday.

Grande Prairie – Beaverlodge – Valleyview issued

10 to 20 cm of snow Sunday.

A persistent area of snow remains in the Grande Prairie and Whitecourt regions bringing 2 to 5 cm of snow tonight. Snow will intensify Sunday as a Pacific disturbance moves into Alberta. A further 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected to fall in Western Alberta with local accumulations of up to 20 within the Grande Cache region. Snow will remain through Sunday night.
