The next court date for EnCana Corporation has been pushed back to March.

The Ministry of Environment has charged EnCana following a sour gas leak in November 2009.

EnCana is facing charges of introducing business-related waste into the environment and failing to report a spill of a polluting substance.

EnCana is expected to enter a plea in the case on March 14 in Dawson Creek Provincial Court.
