It was an eventful third period for both squads. With the Flyers down 3-1 and short handed, Lien Miller Jeannotte made it 3-2, scoring on a nice pass from Chase Allam.

Grande Prairie was quick to respond, scoring a power play goal to give them a 4-2 lead.

However, the Flyers showed great resiliency, scoring once again to bring Grande Prairie’s lead to one. Lien Miller Jeannotte tallied his second shorty of the game, off a Ryan Good pass. Miller Jeannotte was able to crash the net, forcing the puck past the Grande Prairie goalie.

With the Flyers down 4-3, Thomas Webster received a great stretch pass from Lucas and scored the games final goal to tie the game at fours.

Lane Delf earned the tie in between the pipes for the Flyers.

The Bantam Flyers play twice this weekend, as they travel to Fairview Saturday and play at home on Sunday.
