Tossed it out? Then pitch in

The City of Fort St. John is encouraging individuals and groups to sign up for Pitch-In-Day.

To tidy up the city and perform a spring clean as part of the Communities in Bloom program, the City is holding Pitch -In-Week from May 16-20.

Residents are being encouraged to sign up for Pitch-In-Day on May 19. In the past, the City has had around 4,000 volunteers come out to help pick up garbage and debris from various public areas.

Anyone interested in participating in the city’s clean-up is asked to contact Tara O’Donnell at 250-787-5791 or by email at [email protected] by April 15.
