Complaints have surfaced regarding a possible door-to-door scam in Fort St. John.

Numerous complaints have been made, regarding individuals going door to door to several homes, asking residents for money in order to pay for a taxi.

The RCMP wants the public to know that there is no obligation to provide these individuals with money and to please be aware of this common scam.
