Lakepoint clinic will help solve putting problems

Anyone interested in improving their putting should consider an upcoming Lakepoint clinic.

The Lakepoint Golf and Country Club will be holding two Green Reading Clinics on Aug. 20 and 21. Participants will learn the AimPoint Green Reading Method.

This method, which is considered the most effective way to read greens, is currently being used by the world’s top golf instructors, PGA Tour pros and caddies.

The clinic will demonstrate a variety of putting theories, such as how and why putts break, how to predict a putt, primary shapes of a green, the effects of wind and how a golfer can handle optical illusions presented on a green.

The 2.5 hour hands-on session costs $200 per person and space is limited to only eight golfers per session.

For more information on the clinic or to reserve a spot, please contact Ryan Harvey at r-harvey@shaw.ca or 250-261-2135.
