Morrison's bike recovered

In a pleasant turn of events, the Fort St. RCMP have recovered local racer Jay Morrison’s bicycle, just in time for the athlete to fly with it to France to compete in a race.

The RCMP located the bike after the public gave the RCMP a number of tips. While no charges are being laid at the moment, the RCMP have identified a male suspect.

Morrison leaves tomorrow with his bike to compete in the Paris-Brest-Paris Marathon, a roughly 1200 kilometers bicycle race that only happens once every four years.

A big thank you goes out to the public who made the recovery possible, and a good luck to Morrison in the race.
