Rick Fraser wins the WPCA stop in Dawson Creek

With only 38 one-hundreds of second separating first and second, Fraser won with a penalty free run of 1:17.11.  Fraser not only won $10,000 but also a new Dodge truck.

It wasn’t a smooth race for Hugh Sinclair who was tossed from his wagon at the start of the race.  Sinclair was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.  Outrider Doug Thomson was also involved in the incident, but suffered only minor injuries and no horses were injured.

The WPCA Dodge Pro Tour will now head to Rocky Mountain house for the Battle of the Rockies Championship starting on Thursday.
