Severe thunderstorm watch issued again for the North Peace

Environment Canada has issued another severe thunderstorm watch for the Peace River North region for Thursday.  

The agency has also issued a watch for the Fort Nelson area as well.  Below you will find both warnings from Environment Canada.

Severe thunderstorms possible this afternoon.

This is an alert to the potential development of severe thunderstorms with large hail and damaging winds.

Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements. If threatening weather approaches take immediate safety precautions.

A moist unstable airmass will combine with temperatures approaching 20 degrees to redevelop thunderstorms later this morning. Some of these storms have the potential to become severe this afternoon. Brief heavy downpours and intense lightning along with local gusty winds are forecast. This situation will be reassessed later this morning for possible warnings.
