Moberly Lake resident arrested after alleged fraud

The RCMP believe Courtoreille used cheques to obtain approximately $250,000 from her former employer.  The alleged offenses occurred over a 14 month period starting in December 2010.

RCMP members from the North District General Investigation Section reviewed a large number of financial records in order to obtain sufficient grounds to forward charges to Crown Counsel.

Once charges were approved, Courtoreille was arrested and released with a court date of November 2 in Chetwynd.

The RCMP would like to thank Three Nations Ventures for their ongoing co-operation with the investigation and is asking that anyone with further information regarding this incident please contact the North District General Investigation Unit at 250-787-8140.
