Pamela Moore now faces a preliminary hearing

He died in hospital in May of last year from multiple stab wounds after being found in his pickup truck in an east end apartment parking lot.

28 year-old Pamela Joy Moore, who voluntarily surrendered to police a day after his death, had earlier waived her right to a preliminary hearing, entered a not guilty plea and chosen a non-jury trial by a provincial court judge alone.

Now however, she and her co-accused, 31 year-old Andre Paul Dupas have been charged on the same indictment, and Moore will be the subject of a preliminary hearing.

If the judge finds there's sufficient evidence to send her to trial, she will then be tried on the same, as yet to be determined date, as Dupas.

Following his preliminary hearing in July, it was ruled there was enough evidence to send him to trial, on a charge of second degree murder.
