Dawson Creek continued to control the play when Rage hopeful Connor Buick one-timed a puck, to make the score 2-0. This would wake up the Spruce Kings as they were able to tie the game at 2 as the first period came to an end.

The second period was back and forth with both teams improving their shot totals. Edward Dyson would stand tall for the Rage, turning away numerous shots. Spruce Kings goaltender Cam Large answered back and held Dawson Creek off the board.

The third period was underway with both teams pushing hard to get the upper hand. As a result of a hard working shift Stephen Zipp was able to score his second goal of the game and put the Rage up 3-2. Prince George didn’t sit back as they answered right back with the tying goal. The score stood at 3-3 throughout the third period.
