Huskies on the hunt for fourth consecutive win

After three wins in a row, the Huskies' next challenge will be back to back games in Whitecourt against the 5-3 Wolverines on both Saturday Oct.22 and Sunday Oct.23 at Whitecourt’s Twin Arena.

The Huskies currently sit fourth in the league standings with a 3-2 record, earning six points in their five games played, the lowest amount of games played out of all the league’s teams.

Whitecourt currently occupies the third place ranking, but may have some company if the Huskies can win both weekend games, as they only trail the Wolverines by four points in the standings.

Huskies forward and last year’s leading point scorer Robbie Sidhu is up to his old tricks, once again leading the pack in the offensive category. In the five games played, Sidhu has registered 15 points, with seven goals and eight assists. Captain Cody Hildebrand is second in the team’s scoring department, with three goals and five assists.
