Loss-less weekend for Tracker Flyers


Over the weekend, the Tracker Flyers hosted the SISEC Selects in back to back games and concluded the weekend without suffering a loss.

On Saturday, the Tracker Flyers took on the Selects in Fort St. John, with the game ending in a 3-3 tie. Logan Daneluk led the Tracker Flyers in points during the game, adding two assists to this season’s points total.

Sunday’s game produced a very different result for the Tracker Flyers when the teams squared off at the Dawson Creek Memorial Arena. Sunday the Flyers left Dawson with a 7-2 win under their belts.

Logan Daneluk continued to rack up the points for the Flyers, scoring twice and adding two assists. Jade McMullen had himself a three point game for the Flyers, scoring twice and assisting on another goal. Multiple other team members also earned multi-point games.

After three games played, the Tracker Flyers sit fifth out of sixth in the NAMHL’s North Black division with three points and a 1-1-1 record.

The boy’s next game will take place on Saturday, Oct. 22, when they travel to Fort McMurray to take on the Barrons in back to back games Saturday and Sunday.
