Magic show hoping to improve playground

Taking place Tuesday, Oct. 18, is Stage Fright, The Thrillusion Show, an interactive show complete with magic, illusions, special F/X and a “killer” light show.

The 90 minute show will be held at The Lido Theatre and is running twice on Tuesday. The first show, a matinee, begins at 4 p.m. with doors opening at 3:30 p.m. The second evening show will begin at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7:30 p.m.

The family friendly event, suitable for all ages, is a fundraiser for new playground equipment at Robert Ogilvie Elematary School.

Tickets for the fundraiser cost $10 in advance and $15 at the door. They are available for purchase at Robert Ogilvie Elementary School, the FSJ Visitor Centre and The Lido Theatre.
