Rage come close against the Monsters

Halfway through the first period Riley Borer of Fresno made the score 1-0. The game would continue back and forth throughout the first frame.

The second period started with Dawson Creek grasping the momentum and running with it. Back to back hardworking shifts would result in Zac Ashdown getting his first goal of the season. The Rage continued to put the pressure on and less than a minute later Josh Hartley would put Dawson Creek up 2-1. This seemed to ignite the Fresno Monsters as they would fight back and score 2 quick goals making the score 3-2 as the second period came to an end.

Dawson Creek would do all they could to fight back but ended up falling short once again. The score remained 3-2 in favor of Fresno as the final buzzer sounded.

The Rage will continue their home stand next weekend against the Bobcats.  Game start at 7 p.m. On Friday and Saturday.
