RCMP require help in locating stolen compactor

On Tuesday, Oct. 11, Fort St. John RCMP received a report that a Rammax Drum Compactor had been stolen from the 10700 block of 91 Ave.

The theft is suspected to have occurred between Friday Oct. 7 and Tuesday, Oct. 11.

The stolen compactor is described as a yellow walk behind double drum compactor and can be identified by the "Peace Country Rentals" labels, as well as the printed "Rammax" name that is easily visible on the machine.

The stolen compactor is valued at approximately $29,000.

Currently, the RCMP has no suspects or witnesses and is asking anyone with any information to contact the local RCMP detachment at 250-787-8140. Anyone with information that wants to remain anonymous can also contact Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
