The 64 year-old taxi driver drove himself to the hospital where it was determined that he had a deep slash to his neck.

The cab driver required stitches to close the wound and was released from the hospital.  He is expected to make a full recovery.

The female suspect, a 23 year-old resident of Dawson Creek has been arrested and is awaiting a bail hearing at the Dawson Creek RCMP Detachment as the investigation continues.
