Witnesses said the truck was swerving, not stopping at red lights, and had hit a curb and median.

RCMP found the truck in question in a nearby construction site at 5 Avenue  and Tabor Boulevard, and later located and arrested the 50 year old suspect. In his vehicle, RCMP found open liquor, marijuana, 32 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernallia.

The Fort St. John resident is now under investigation to impaired driving and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. RCMP have not released the name of the suspect.
