Anyone interested is encouraged to attend in order to learn about the new skate park, its benefits, while also given the opportunity to work alongside designers to help influence the layout of the developing park.

Leading the workshop will be New Line Skateparks, one of the top skateboard park design companies, who were recently selected to undertake the project.

The meeting will be held at the Pomeroy Sport Centre’s Scotty Room, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and wrapping up at 8 p.m.

Anyone from skateboarders, to BMX riders, youth, parents and even concerned residents are encouraged to attend.
