Gilmore placed first while not only battling fellow racers, but also hot weather conditions while riding the challenging 2-lap course with a time of 1:05:32.

Coming in second place was Josh Martyn who completed the race with a time of 1:09:24, while Nicki Haugan finished her race in third, crossing the finish line at 1:13:26.

Tate Haugan placed fourth with a time of 1:14:35 and 2010 champion Gary Hilderman finished fifth at 1:17:15.

The day’s festivities also offered a one-lap distance, where Chris Wagner finished first at 43:20, Sam Keats second at 50:15 and Adam Currie at 58:02 for third place.

Racers will have a few days to recover from the Club Championship race, then it's back to the grind as Bike Club members will race in another Wednesday mountain bike race on September 26, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
