Erica is a reporter for Moose FM and in Fort St. John, B.C. She grew up in Victoria, B.C. and received her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.

By pure coincidence, Canadian national team speed skater Jay Morrison was at City Hall at the same time, and got a chance to meet the Lieutenant Governor as well.

His Honour next met with students at the Energetic Learning Campus and is currently touring the Acute Care Facility and the Peace Villa Residential Care Facility, where he is visiting with the residents. He will next address the students of Duncan Cran Elementary School at a school-wide assembly, and spend lunch at the Fort St. John Friendship Centre.

In the afternoon he will visit the Fort St. John RCMP Detachment and the Fort St. John Child Development Centre, as well as the North East Native Advancing Society. His tour of the Energetic City will conclude tonight at the Fort St. John Legion, where he will present Queen's Diamond Jubilee pins to 60 cadets.
