It's believed the person or persons responsible used a pickup to take them from a contractor's work site beside the Spectra Energy compressor station 16.

Many of the stolen tools were engraved with the letters "CV" or "E-78-210 and they belong to Boom Construction Limited.

Police are taking public information assistance calls at 250-784-3700 or 1-800-222-8477.
