MultiCorp CEO Paul D. Lisenby was in Dawson Creek earlier this year to speak with local business owners. The company says it recognizes the growth the area is expecting in the the next four to seven years.

In the end, the project is expected to be valued at $100 million and to create $4 – 6 million a month in income for the company.

The specific location of the real estate has not been given, but MultiCorp says it is in the "prime area of Dawson Creek".
