Fort Nelson issued

10 to 25 cm of snow expected through early Sunday morning.

Several moisture-laden disturbances from the Eastern Pacific will overrun the Arctic air in place over Northern British Columbia. The first will bring snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm near the Yukon-British Columbia border before the system weakens overnight. A second disturbance will move into Northeastern British Columbia Saturday afternoon. This stronger disturbance could bring 15 to 25 cm of snow for regions of Northeast British Columbia before moving east by early Sunday morning.
