In total, $10.5 million in roads and related infrastructure projects are approved for 2013, and $9.327 million in facilities projects, including $5.5 million for the new fire hall and $400,000 over 2013/2014 for the demolition and relocation of the Visitor Information Centre. 
 
There are also $8.32 million in water and sewer projects and $2,045,730 in equipment for 2013.
