Although the clinic is now able to accept phone calls, an employee says their voicemail is still not working. They continue to work with Telus to fix the problem, but don't have an estimate of when it may be restored.

The clinic has had issues with their phone system before, and expanded their hours of answering calls to help with the backlog first thing in the morning.
