Hadland, will be running again this May after getting 31 per cent of the vote in the last election.  According to a quote in the Vancouver Sun, Sterk decided to back Hadland after a “Paddle for the Peace” event last year.   “We were asking (local) Greens about running a candidate. They said, ‘You can run a candidate, but we’re going to support Arthur.’ So that’s another riding that we’re not going to run in.”

The party will also endorse Delta South MLA Vicki Huntington, Cariboo North MLA Bob Simpson and John van Dongen running as an independent in Abbotsford South.
