Adderson’s “Middle of Nowhere” was shortlisted for the Sheila Egoff Children’s Literature Prize, and Thanh’s “Floating Like the Dead” shortlisted for the Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize. Both writers have previously won a variety of other prizes for their work.

The public will be able to meet the authors and get books signed at Fort St. John Public Library on April 16 at 4:15 p.m. and at the Dawson Creek Municipal Library on April 18 at 7 p.m.
