Dreher began her round on the 10th hole today and didn’t waste any time getting things going in the right direction. She birdied the 12th hole, however fell back down to even on her round after a bogey on 15.
The good news for Dreher is that turned out to be her only bogey of the day. She got the stroke right back on 16 after a birdie, and finished her first nine holes with a one under, 35.
The solid play continued over the final nine on the afternoon. Dreher managed birdies on holes four and six to sit in a tie for 23rd at even par for the weekend.
Fellow Canadian Alena Sharp of Hamilton is the clubhouse leader after day two of competition. She shot a four under, 68 today to sit at seven under for the tournament.
