The camp covers a wide range of skills including instruction on how to improve backward and forward skating, fast starts, edges, and transition skating. Goaltenders will focus on crease movements, edge work, recoveries and rebound control. A skills assessment will also be offered at the conclusion of the camp.
The cost for the camp is $160. Those wanting to take part can go to Ernie’s Sports Experts to pick up a registration form, and then give it back to the front desk with payment. You can also click here to access the form.
Anyone with questions about the camp can contact Phil Hiscock at 250-261-0887.
The first three days will be held in Taylor, while the final two will be held at the Pomeroy Sport Centre in Fort St. John.
