According to preliminary police investigation, Arnston was unable to manoeuvre the corner near Elevator Road properly and crashed into the ditch.

As the father of three children between the ages of 12 and 21 years old, and his friends say he is unable to support his family during his recovery. Depending on how his body responds, his recovery will likely take at least three months

As such, the fundraiser at On the Rocks has been organized to help him and his family out until he can return to work. Tickets cost $25, and there will be a silent auction, along with entertainment by the Ramblers with Lindsay Pratt, Frozen Jonz, Dog and Pony Show, and Roadworn.
