Peace River took a 4-2 lead into the second period and had the advantage in the shot department as well at 16-11.

The Flyers were able to close the gap to one in the early stages of the second period. Kolton Leslie scored just 51 seconds into the frame, however that was as close as Fort St. John would get. The Sabres would add two in the period before rounding out the scoring with a single marker in the third.

Scoring for Fort St. John was Austin Crossley, Teagan McMullen, and Kolton Leslie. Helping out with the assists were Thomas Pope, and Jacob Lang.
