Slave Lake won a high scoring affair with the Sexsmith Vipers. The game went to a shootout where the Wolves took the win 8-7. Justin Loroff had three assists for Slave Lake, and Bowden Sawers had four points for the Vipers.

Fairview doubled up the Beaverlodge Blades 4-2. Steven Kover had a goal and an assist for the Flyers. Goaltender Aaron Courneyeau stopped 31 of 34 shots for the Blades.
