Now, a one degree difference between a forecast and actual high temperature is not that uncommon, but three degrees is a bit outside the realistic box. 

However, the revised high has still raised an interesting comparative situation for Vancouver’s coastal region residents, because they now don’t have to go south today to find warmer weather. 

Their forecast high is 11 degrees.
